John, the job superintendent, was invaluable throughout the build-out. He worked closely with me early on to ensure he understood my vision for the finished product. If a specification on the drawings did not match his understanding of my vision, he was quick to bring it to my attention and offer workable solutions. John worked as my advocate throughout the construction to ensure all work was completed correctly, taking care to identify and correct issues, so I wouldn't need to. When problems were brought to his attention, they would be quickly reviewed & corrected. John also worked closely with me on work scheduling, to ensure that my activities with equipment deliveries and set-up were coordinated with build-out activities. Rob checked in with me several times throughout construction to ensure I was pleased with the progress. The job was completed on time and within the quoted price. Change orders were clearly itemized and timely. The finished product is beautiful, and exceeds my expectations! Post-completion service from Commercial has also been exceptional.
